BIOSOLVEX 45

BIOSOLVEX A 45 is a multifunctional, chlorine-free emulsifiable coolant specifically formulated for machining operations on aluminum alloys. It guarantees no staining on any machined aluminum alloy. It is also suitable for machining steel, cast iron, and brass. In water, it forms a finely dispersed milky emulsion with excellent lubricating properties and long-lasting performance. It is suitable for turning, drilling, milling, boring (MAPAL), drilling, and tapping operations on all types of machine tools, with either individual or centralized systems.
