Description
A concentrated, water-soluble release agent designed for preparing solutions used in hot metal forming.
Once sprayed onto the die, it forms a clear film after the aqueous phase evaporates, providing release and lubricating properties comparable to graphite, which facilitates the removal of the workpiece and extends the life of the die.
Free of pigments, it ensures complete stability in both concentrated and diluted forms and is suitable for application using manual, semi-automatic, or automatic systems, preventing the buildup of deposits on the nozzles during operational breaks.
